I have a Airtel postpaid number through cooperate office. I never use internet from my mobile as i have broadband connection in my room but they offer me 100 GB free and monthly rent of Rs. 100 for using 20 paise per 30KB. I started to use only in 8 days (1-2 Hr per day) they charge Rs. 5545 for using facebook & youtube service and force to pay that amounts. What should I do ? Really i was become big fish for Airtel. Can anyone help me regarding this overcharges.
